Shipping Policy

Packages delivered from Oceanonedistributor.com must be signed by an adult 21 years or older upon delivery.

All packages from Oceanone Distributor being shipped will need to be sent “adult signature required”. FedEx and USPS offer this service, but they require the adult who signs for the package to be 21 years old. You will not have to select anything special on the checkout page for this service. We’re handling that for you. 

USPS and FedEx will make three delivery attempts. They’ll also leave a notification, and you can contact them to make arrangements for delivery or ask that they hold it at the post office or a FedEx depot for you to pick up there. If the package isn’t delivered, it will be returned to us. We will re-ship your package upon request, but we will need to charge you for the shipping costs, including the signature required surcharge. Oceanone Distributor’s products are available to customers within the United States with U.S. shipping addresses. Deliveries are supplied by The United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number and information on how to track your package.

All delivery issues should be addressed at your local post office.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Due to subjectivity in taste and personal preferences, we are unable to return, exchange or refund any E-Liquids. All E-Liquid sales are FINAL.

We accept returns for defective goods within 7 days of purchase, with the exception of e-liquids, pods, closed system cartridges. The Products must also be deemed DOA (Dead Upon Arrival) for us to issue a return/exchange, and we cannot accept returns/exchanges on used hardware. All returns will be replaced with a new item. If we do not have that style in stock, we will issue you a credit to your account. Please note that if we receive your return and upon inspection deem it not damaged or deem the item has been tampered with, we will return it to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
